Restore the Approach
Bring settled landings and steps back toward the elevations around them.
An entry is a group of connected surfaces: the walk, the bottom step, the landing, the porch, and the threshold. When one of those pieces settles, step heights may become inconsistent, a gap can open near the home, or the walk may no longer meet the stoop cleanly.
We evaluate the full approach before planning a lift. Polyurethane foam is placed beneath the settled concrete through small injection ports, where it expands to fill lost support and move the slab in controlled stages. Fixed points such as doors, siding, railings, columns, and adjoining concrete determine how far a section can safely move.

Can you lift concrete steps as one unit?
Some concrete step units can be lifted, depending on their construction, weight, condition, access, and connection to the porch or foundation.
Will leveling fix a damaged foundation?
No. Polyfoam concrete lifting does not repair structural foundation movement. We separate slab settlement from conditions that need a foundation specialist.
What if railings are attached to the concrete?
Railings and columns affect how a lift can be performed. We inspect those connections and determine whether they need to be adjusted by another trade.

A stable landing still needs to meet the sidewalk correctly. If the entry walk has also settled, addressing both areas may create a better path and avoid leaving a new height difference at the bottom step.
