Inspect the slope
We review the low areas, existing drainage path, cracks, access, and the way the patio meets the home.
Patio Concrete Leveling
Metro Wide levels sunken patio slabs with expanding polyfoam across the Kansas City metro. We address uneven panels, low areas, and poor transitions around doors, steps, and adjoining walkways when the concrete is suitable for lifting.
Enjoy the Space Again
Patios often settle along the home, at an outer edge, or where the original base material has shifted. Downspout discharge, surface runoff, and years of soil movement can reduce support below the slab. Furniture may rock, joints may become uneven, and water can collect where the surface dropped.
Polyfoam is injected below the patio through small ports. As it expands, it fills unsupported areas and gives us a way to lift the slab gradually. The goal is a more functional surface and improved transitions—not to hide pre-existing cracks or promise that every drainage issue can be solved by concrete movement alone.
Patio Lifting Process
We review the low areas, existing drainage path, cracks, access, and the way the patio meets the home.
Polyfoam moves into voids beneath the slab and expands, allowing us to raise the concrete in controlled increments.
We review key joints and transitions, patch the injection ports, and clean the patio work area.
Patio Leveling FAQ
Many patios beside a home can be lifted, but we first assess access, slab condition, and the relationship between the patio, siding, doors, and foundation.
Outdoor concrete often needs purposeful slope for water movement. The appropriate result depends on fixed elevations and surrounding conditions.
Possibly. Cracks do not automatically rule out lifting, but badly fragmented or deteriorated concrete may be better suited for replacement.
Nearby Concrete
A patio lift may also involve the walk leading to the yard or the concrete landing outside a door. Evaluating all connected slabs helps avoid creating a new mismatch while correcting the original low area.
